Parking During Construction
Upon entering the park you can park in the yellow highlighted area on the left or right or along the yellow path as you go deeper into the park. The parking lot on the right as you enter the park is indeed OK to park in.
DO NOT park along the fence line marked in RED (as seen in the photo here), and please DO NOT block any city building entrances (salt pile area or gate entrance for the facility building).
